The British Thoracic Society
The British Thoracic Society is more of a website for clinicians http://www.brit-thoracic.org.uk but does publish Guidelines and Standards of Care.

The Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation
An excellent website providing a wide variety of resources and helpful factsheets on living with lung cancer and treatments https://www.roycastle.org.
Macmillan Cancer Support
Macmillan Cancer Support www.Macmillan.org.uk has a wide range of materials about all types of cancers and how to deal with symptoms and access support.
Mesothelioma UK

Asthma UK
www.asthma.org.uk has a lot of asthma specific information and guidance.
British Society for Allergy and Clinical Immunology (BSACI)
www.bsaci.org is predominantly for clinicians but has a useful and sensible resources section for patients with allergies
Action Pulmonary Fibrosis
www.actionpulmonaryfibrosis.org has some useful information and support groups.
